What We Do

At Fitness Dynamics, we have an individual and holistic approach to the health and fitness of our clients.

On your first visit, health screening and fitness testing is performed:
Needs analysis
Red Flags - ie previous injuries
SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats & Abilities)

Why is this necessary?

These tests and assessments are needed to establish fitness goals, and to determine the current fitness level which will then give a base line of where to commence training. It is also an excellent motivational tool.

What are the tests?

Using cutting edge technology, you will have the following physical parameters checked:

  • Height
  • Weight
  • Blood Pressure
  • Body Type
  • Heart rate resting
  • BMI (Body Mass Index)
  • Visceral Fat
  • Lean Muscle Mass
  • Percentage of Body Fat
  • Water Content in the Body
  • Test are done for Metabolic Fitness, Strength, Flexibility, and Balance.

    All of these parameters are carefully recorded and entered into your own personal and private fitness profile.

    Knowing what your goals are, Fitness Dynamics will then design a safe and effective exercise programme. Once you have been on the programme for a few weeks Fitness Dynamics will re assess you to see how much progress you have made. The necessary adjustments will then be implemented.
